Restoration of worked out peat diggings at Catcott Nature Reserve Complex

This project will restore grazing marsh for wildfowl and fen meadow within the Catcott Nature Reserve complex, within the Sedgemoor Prime Biodiversity Area and will improve habitat for key animals, plant and invertebrate species. The general public will benefit from the improved management works on the reserve which is of prime importance to local communities and visitors from wider afield. A leaflet will be produced for visitors to promote the Somerset Levels which include this nature reserve complex and the species that can be found and enjoyed there.
