Restoration Project at Cleveland Hall Community Association

Old windows will be replaced at Gateshead Cleveland Hall (Lyndhurst old school site). The current windows are in a state of disrepair and are not energy efficient. A conditions survey was carried out on the building and the windows were highlighted as a major concern, in need of modernisation and are no longer serviceable. Works have already been carried out on replacing windows in the gym and the North elevation.
