Restoration Works to Winchcombe Arts and Community Hub, Glos

This is a project to convert a disused church in an Arts and Community Hub to serve the town of Winchcombe and beyond. ECT will fund secondary glazing, widen fire exits, reorder and redecorate to provide accessible WCs, and provide a ramp to improve access.
