Restoring Kensal House Community Rooms

We want to restore the Grade II* listed community rooms of Kensal House where we are based. The crumbling plaster and bumpy flooring need replacing, whilst the hall and stage need to be better equipped. The toilet and entrances need to offer disabled access, and the rooms need a sign to stop newcomers getting lost. Returning the rooms to their former glory will fulfil their modernist architects’ vision by making better use of their resources.
