Restoring Tolworth Brook

1. To improve the environment at Raeburn Open Space and naturalise the banksides along Tolworth Brook including its passage through Southborough School grounds in Kingston 2. To increase biodiversity by maximising the potential of the woodland including the control of invasive species in line with the Borough’s Biodiversity Action Plan. 3. To incorporate this into a programme of volunteering with sound educational training opportunities especially aimed at young and older people in line with the Borough’s Green Spaces Strategy.
