RETFORD, St Joseph’s RC Church : Re-roofing

The replacement of the roofs will be very important. The pitched roof is composed of tiles not slate. After 50 years it is beginning to show its age. There are large areas of flat roofs. These are beginning to crack, bubble and leak. Huge areas of moss and vegetation have grown over the years. None of the roofs are insulated. Consequently the Church is very cold and does not really comply with modern environmental requirements.
