Retrofit of Filwood Community Centre – Phase 2

This is a project to contribute towards Phase 2 of the retrofit of Filwood Community Centre (back wing), which focuses on local people being comfortable in the space and also with the overall complex being more welcoming, energy efficient and sustainable through the provision of a new central heating system.
