Returning Light to Nor, Cook Spring & Owler Car Ancient Wood

This project aims to restore 7ha of ancient woodland by removing dense, invasive holly that has produced a thick canopy, restricting the light reaching the woodland floor. The holly is threatening the existence of the rare flora and fauna associated with ancient woodland at this site and urgently needs removing to ensure its viability in to the future.
