Revitalising Broxbourne Woods

Wormley and Hoddesdon Wood lies in an area of ancient woodland, much loved and visited by the peopleof south Hertfordshire and northern London. The area, bordered by the M25, A1, A414 and A10, provides a quiet haven close to the conurbations of Welwyn, Hatfield,Cheshunt and Hoddesdon, whose populations seek the quiet of the countryside for recreation. This project will provide woodland safe to visit by carrying out path works, building small bridges and boardwalks and opening of rides giving the visitor a safe environment and reducung the impact on the flora.
