Richard Tottie Memorial Hall Improvements

The hall was built in 1849 and is well used on a regular basis by numerous community groups within Coniston Cold and Bell Busk. Urgent maintenance and improvement work is now urgently needed in order to secure the halls long term future and to continue to provide this well used resource to the local community, which has very few alternative public amenities.

The work will include damp-proofing, installing a heating system, replastering and redecorating throughout, replacing the fire resistant curtains, rewiring the electrics (which are dangerously out of date) and providing a new entrance to the hall that will accommodate disabled users
