Rickinghall Community Wood Project

The Parish Council have purchased 0.9 acres of land from Suffolk County Council for and intend to create of a natural woodland area for the use of local residents. The Parish Council are seeking LCF funding to assist with the cost of fencing, planting of trees and the provision of a woodland play area. Part of the land purchased will be used for the provision of allotments, however as the LCF scheme does not allow the funding of allotments the LCF funds will be restricted to the community woodland aspects of the project and cover the cost of tree purchase and materials for the woodland play area.
