River Goil Habitat

To improve the habitat and biodiversity within the River Goil catchment. The river is currently in poor condition with a struggling Atlantic salmon, trout and River Lamprey population.

Project will lead to the conservation, restoration and enhancement of biodiversity along the River Goil by creating and protecting a river corridor (riparian zone) by fencing along the banks to exclude livestock and by planting native trees
