Riverhead Parkland Landscaping and Improvements, Riverhead Parish Council, Sevenoaks

This is a project to make a series of improvements within Riverhead Parkland. The works entail the provision of a memorial bench and the planting of a Black Mulberry tree, to commemorate Professor Dr Harris, who acquired the Parkland in 1986. It also includes the provision of more grasscrete (see below) onto muddy areas of the Parkland; the clearing of the stream to prevent flooding; installation of a soakaway for a drain; provision of a bark-chip footpath; landscaping of the area around a feature giant tree stump; creation of a natural seating area; tree surgery; and erection of some fencing.
