Riverwalk Improvements. New garden planting

An unpleasant area of the Thames national trail footpath will be cleaned and planted with a series of large containers that reflect the local area and history. These will be filled with soil and planted with drought resistant plants. This will be done in a way that hides some industrial features but maintains the view of the river for users of the path
