Rochdale Canal, Todmorden; access improvements

The Lever Street access improvements project, led by local regeneration partnership Todmorden Pride, contributes to the overall objectives of the canal improvement scheme by creating an attractive new link route between the canal and Todmorden town centre, along with new facilities for community vegetable growing.
