Rochford Bowling Club

The project aims to replace the boards that surround the perimeter of the bowls green, which is raised above the rest of land in the bowling green, to stop the bowls from leaving the bowls green, and to comply with the national body’s rules.
The boards have been in situ for at least 10 years and they are now in a bad state of repair and are a health and safety issue. The club is aiming to use recycled railway sleepers cut up and used as steps up and onto the green, over the new boards.
