Roof and insulation replacement and repairs

To repair the village hall roof which is currently in a poor state and not only threatens the integrity of the building but also the recent refurbishment. During the repairs modern thermal insulation will be installed to allow us to efficiently use the heat from the oil fired boiler and create a consistently warm space for our users.
