Replacing the under felt under the roof tiles as this has now out lived its 30 year life and turning the slates to avoid further damage to the ornate ceiling.Fitting commercial grade gutters and down pipes to enable rain water harvesting as the current guttering system is totally inadequate and not fit for purpose.
