Roof replacement

The present roof is in need of complete replacement. There are two flat roofs at either end of the building and a main roof. The flat roofs will be replaced before the main roof. For the latter, we need to remove the existing roof and have the asbestos panels safely disposed of. We will then replace it with box profile sections. We will also remove and replace all rain water goods, remove and replace lead flashing, put insulation under the new roof, replace the ceiling with new panels and replace the lighting.
