Roof replacement

In 1964 when the clubhouse was built it was built in total with a flat roof which is now leaking. A professional survey carried out has told us the roof surface needs replacement as it is no longer viable to keep repairing it which has been done in the past mainly by members. It is also intended to insulate the roof as part of the work, which has never been done to reduce our heating bills and make it more environmentally compliant and is a requirement of current building regulations.
