Roof Replacement of the Birlingham Village Hall

The roof of the village hall needs replacing. The tiles are porous, the felt is rotting and woodworm has been found in the battens. The hall has no sustainable future if work is not carried out. It is an essential facility to the community as it is the only public space in the village.
