Erect Scaffolding, remove existing flat roof covering, remove old roof Boards, Board roof using 18mm OSB sterling boards, coat boards with adhesive, cover with EDPM rubber membrane, flashform seal any joints, remove old facias, soffits, barge boards and guttering, replace with new UPVC.
