Roof Replacement Project

This project is the key stone to the refurbishment programme of a community building that has been central to a number or rural village/hamlets since it was built in the 1970’s. It is used for many events, and should the refirbishment not proceed it would see the loose of the last communty building within the area. The area has already lost its post office and village shop in recent years.
1. Make the roof weather proof and fit for purpose.
2. Reduce maintenance/repair costs.
3. Increase user experience through a better environment/building.
4. Increase heating efficiency.
5. Provide a sustainable building for the community and future generations.
As well as this roof project other projects will be to replace kitchen, toilets and meeting room areas, and provide increased storage for other user groups.
