Roof replacement, Toilet and meeting room refurbishment - St John's Old School Community Building - Hurst Green

To prevent continued water ingress into part of the community building it is proposed to convert a flat roof into a pitched roof and fully insulate to improve energy efficiency. The male, female and disabled toilets will be refurbished and the small meeting room redecorated.
