Roof Restoration of the King’s Head Public House, Pebmarsh Community Pub Limited, Colchester

This is a project to replace the roof of the community pub in Pebmarsh, Colchester. Built circa 1650, originally a Drovers Inn and now a Grade II listed building, the Kings Head reopened in November 2017, and is the heartbeat of Pebmarsh and surrounding communities. It was saved when a community benefit society was formed and over £350k raised in 2016/17.
