Roofing over snooker room

Existing roof leaks in numerous locations. It is not insulated and is causing increased heating costs. Therefore remedial work needs to be done on this flat roof and removal of the defective roof felt and flashings. Three new layers of felt will be put on. Two layers of bonding and a top layer of 250ht mineral. New upstand flashing will be put into the brickwork and repointed with mortar. Two new outlets to collect rain will be added and connected to the existing downpipes. The new roof will conform to current building regulations and will be guaranteed for 25 years.
