Ropewalk Play Area and Allotment, Parkgate – Improvement Project

The Ropewalk site is an existing play area in Parkgate managed by Cheshire West and Chester Council (CWAC) and in the main caters for the younger primary children age group. The site has existing equipment which is in good condition and is used regularly by the local community. This project will support the implementation of a programme of play area enhancement by acquiring three pieces of additional play equipment, together with ROSPA Health and Safety inspection, and new fencing for the adjacent Neston Town Council allotment with associated landscaping. The grant will be used specifically for the play area equipment costs.
