Rora Hall Roof/External Renovation Project

Our project is to renovate the roof on our community hall. The Hall is a vital centre for our rural community and is in need of repair. Over the years remedial work has been done to patch the roof but now we require to carry out major work to ensure our building remains wind and water tight. Ridge stones need repointing, gutters replaced, external pointing and the entrance porch in particular needs complete new sarking, membrane and lead flashing with internal new plasterboard and insulation
