Rose Theatre, Kingston – Gallery

As part of a vision to become the cultural hub for SW London, this project will create a fully accessible event, rehearsal and performance space for local arts, youth and community organisations, amateur drama groups, festivals and as well a platform for young companies and playwrights.
Building works, including lighting and acoustic improvements, in order to create a flexible performance, rehearsal and workshop space in the Rose Theatre’s Gallery.
Without cost effective alterations, the Gallery will remain inaccessible, inadequate and unavailable for use. It has widespread support from organisations, believing that increasing access to arts activities can help remove social barriers and improve well-being. There is no other facility locally.
