Rossendale Sports Club - Upgrade Boiler and Accessible Toilet

To upgrade to a more efficient and green heating boiler and to provide an accessible toilet to meet community needs and increase usage. Club members and users have commented on the lack of hot water at the top end of the Club The current boiler is inefficient and not cost effective and the lack of an accessible toilet restricts some community use.
