Rothienorman Bowling Club Hall

Rothienorman Bowling Club propose building a new hall on the site of their existing small hall. The existing hall has outgrown the needs of the club and other community users and is now considered unfit for purpose.

Proposal is to demolish the existing hall and replace it using, in the main, voluntary labour. Some professional and trade skills will require to be purchased.

Total cost of the projct, based on one contractor estimate is £171,757. By using voluntary labour, demolition and rebuild costs are estimated at c. £ 90,000 being fees, demolition, construction materials and fittings costs.
