Roughlee Village Community Centre Kitchen & Toilet Resiting & Extension, Nelson

Proposal is to upgrade the Village Community Centre to enable more inclusive use by the village community. The project is to resite the kitchen and toilets and re-order the main hall to maximise the usable space.
