Route 73: Irvine to Kilmarnock: Works at Annick Roundabout and Capringstone, North Ayrshire

To improve a section of National Cycle Network Route 73 from Irvine to Kilmarnock. To include a Toucan crossing by the Annick roundabout & creation of wheelchair access at Capringstone by replacing steps with a ramp & taking out a difficult access control.
