Royal Naval Association, southend Branch club Building, Refurbishment of Roof

The single storey club building has a “flat” board & felt roof that is approximately 50 years old. It has many patches and is no longer water tight. It is proposed to strip the old felt and boards, and replace them with modern ,high insulation boards and high performance felt , all in accordance with current regulations.
