Rubers Law Toposcope

To design, commission and fit a stainless steel ‘toposcope’ (direction indicator) on a redundant, adopted ‘trig point’ on the summit of Ruberslaw, a prominent hill about 5 miles east of Hawick (Ordnance Survey Map ref. NT 580156).
While the toposcope will identify hills in the Scottish Borders, which are visible from Ruberslaw, it will also indicate the direction of the 15 countries visited by Borders Exploration Group since its inception in 1991.
