Rufford Village Hall Energy Efficiency Upgrade

The aim of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the village hall by carrying out the following improvements;

strip the roof tiles and insulate the roof and replace the tiles;
fit thermal blackout blinds to all windows;
replace three pairs of double doors to improve the draft proofing
