Rugby Cricket Club, Warwickshire – Pavilion Refurbishment (006427)

The project aims to refurbish the current cricket pavilion and the cricket nets. The buildings condition has deteriorated over time, and quite dramatically over the last few years. The pavilion frontage is rotting and falling apart, along with the windows frames. This leads to serious security and safety concerns.

In addition to the pavilion, the applicants are looking to update the net area. The current state of the nets do not meet the current minimum safety guidelines by ECB.
