Ruthrieston Pocket Park

This is a small area of greenspace which is closely mown lawn that is not very attractive to the public. We have been approached by Ruthrieston Residents Association to create a ‘Pocket Park’, by planting 55 native trees and around 45 metres of hedge protected by fencing. The land is owned by Aberdeen City Council. The area is open to the public at all times. The work will be carried out by ACP staff and volunteers working alongside local residents.
