To renew old, dilapitated equipment to maintain these leisure activities for supporters, volunteers as well as visiting teams. There will be a facility built to allow for shelter in bad weather conditions, as well as for respite and rest for visitors, supporters and storing the grounds equipment overnight.

To maintain the three faciltiies and keep the grounds in excellent condition, will encourage new users and the establishment of voluntary training programmes in sport and groundswork.
