To create a new nature reserve at Sandpool Farm, Gloucestershire. The land is a former inert landfill site within the Cotswold Water Park and adjacent to existing nature reserves at Clattinger Farm (SSSI, SAC), Lower Moor Farm, Swillbrook Lakes and Oaksey Moor Meadow.
