Sandscale Haws NNR - Phase 3

The project involves works to enable the less mobile to access the dunes at Sandscale Haws NNR. Specific works include entending existing viewing platforms, replacing a toposcope at a viewing platform, constructing new boardwalks and viewing platforms above the wet meadow and constructing additional 'perches' along boardwalk routes as resting places. The project looks to build on similar access projects undertaken at the site in previous years (760828.033)
