Sanquhar Woodlands Mountain Bike Trails and Car Park Project

Creation of approximately 2km of entry level mountain bike trails supplemented with some jump and ‘ berm’ areas for more advanced riders. The trails will be primarily oriented towards families and those looking to gain a basic introduction to mountain biking and to to build confidence and technique. Development of the trails will be a completely new benefit for the Forres Community and will be professionally designed and constructed within a self contained area of the FCWT – owned Sanquhar Woodlands. The car park will be constructed within an area of woodland immediately adjacent to the mountain bike trials, to accommodate approximately 15 cars.
