To restore the last steam herring drifter Lydia Eva YH89, refurbish the museum on board and employ a Learning & Development Officer to work with schools and local people, thus improving community access to a well-loved local icon, once the basis of the whole town’s prosperity. Particular element for the project beling replace of wooden decks and aft cabin.
