Sawtry Community College - Community Sports and Leisure Project

The community recreation area costs have increased because of the need to take account of drainage regulations in East Anglia. Over £150,000 now needs to be spent on underground drains which store the water before releasing into main drains. Also to ensure safety the recreation area will need to be made safe by erecting fences and gates. The plan is to provide hard standing recreation area the size of a running track, for use of portable basketball, netball posts, five a side, secure cabin for equipment. Proportional registration - 49% LTCS monies £171500.00 registered.
