Schofield Road Project

Following tree surgery involving some 80 massive beech trees, all some 150 years old but now diseased and decaying, it is intended to underplant and interplant within the existing beech canopy a new generation of beech trees to preserve continuity of this renown local feature into the feature. (See attached elaboration letter).

(3) / (4) Above planting operation can only take place during dormant season—end October to mid February. Intended to take place over end 2010 / early 2011.
