Scrub clearance at Ardley Quarry

This reserve consists of scrub, woodland, rough grassland and a pond. Vetches and cowslips and orchids flourish here. Due to it’s sheltered nature, it is also a site with many butterflies. Scrub clearance is crucial to maintaining the diversity and to maintain the public access.
