Secure East Street Playing Field

Provision of replacement access gates to both entrances of East Street Playing Field. The new gates will be 2m high and topped with spikes. The gates will enable the playing field be locked securely at night time (8.30 pm to 8.30 am and earlier in winter) to alleviate severe anti social behaviour problems..
