Sedbury and Beachley Village Hall - facilities and access improvements

Provide additional facilities e.g. disabled W.C., replacement ceilings, refurbish Penguins Room, improve/refurbish kitchen, replacement doors. Thereby improving accessibility and facilities offered by the Hall.
