Severnside Work in Gloucester

The project will make significant biodiversity improvement gains through practical environmental improvement. The project, working with local people, will work with Cory Environmental to draw up a management plan covering their holding. This land is currently of litle biodiversity value. The management plan will ensure that the wildlife value of the site is increased as well as people’s appreciation of biodiversity. Other projects include the creation of community orchards, managing the Severn Trent wetland reserve to increase its biodiversity, managing various holdings under Countryside Stewardship for the benefit of biodiversity and the creation of further wetland
