Shap Abbey – environmental and access improvements

Replacement of an existing footbridge, which is becoming unfit for public use, with a new bespoke design. This is integral to the designation of a new Public Right of Way on a well-trodden path with no current legal status. This is an important link which will hugely increase the volume of users; great support from the parish council and local community.
